Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a school district in Virginia. As an SLP with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of students and make a meaningful impact on their educational and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students from PreK to 12th grade.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs to support students' communication needs.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and educators to ensure seamless collaboration and support.
  • Attend meetings and complete necessary documentation to ensure compliance with district and state regulations.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution.
  • Active or pending SLP license required, or ability to obtain upon start.
  • ASHA (CCC) and Clinical Fellow (CFY) certification preferred.
