Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated HVAC systems technician with a background in the installation of heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.

Candidates should embody our core values: Respect, Integrity, Safety, and Quality.

Position Qualifications

Experience (training available):
New residential HVAC experience
At least 1 year of customer service experience
EPA Certification is required
Vocational training in HVAC is preferred
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record

Responsibilities:
Travel to assigned job sites as scheduled (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
Communicate effectively and follow up with the Superintendent
Possess basic tools necessary for the job
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds

Knowledge Requirements:
Comprehensive understanding of HVAC systems
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve construction-related issues creatively while maintaining quality standards
Experience with startup and testing of new residential HVAC systems
Highly organized with excellent communication skills
Team-oriented approach
