Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
As a Team Supervisor, you will:

  • Oversee the entire restaurant operation while cultivating a strong team that consistently delivers exceptional food and service.
  • Demonstrate integrity in actions and expectations, guiding team members to fulfill their responsibilities and serve safe, quality food.
  • Ensure a high-quality customer experience by promoting efficient and friendly service.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety standards, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Foster teamwork by building strong relationships among team members and addressing employee concerns promptly.
  • Instill a culture of recognition to create a positive work atmosphere.
  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term strategies for restaurant success.
  • Conduct new hire orientations and develop training plans for new team members.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for all team members.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:
This position requires the ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during working hours. These physical demands may be met with or without reasonable accommodation.
