Berry Aviation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aircraft Captain to join our team. As a key member of our flight operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our DHC-8 aircraft.
Responsibilities:- Plan and execute flights in accordance with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with FAR 135 guidelines.
- Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections and risk assessments to ensure the safety of passengers, crew, and aircraft.
- Communicate effectively with on-site management personnel and other stakeholders to address any safety concerns or issues.
- Ensure that all crew members are trained and equipped to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or discrepancies to ensure the aircraft is airworthy.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless flight operations and customer satisfaction.
- Valid commercial pilot's license with a DHC-8 type rating.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a flight captain with a reputable airline or aviation company.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
