Job ResponsibilitiesAs an Armed Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in various industries, including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government, and more. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when necessary.
- Responding to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
- Conducting regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, working in various environments and conditions.
To be eligible for this role, you must:
- Be at least 21 years old for armed positions.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
- Undergo a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal considers qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Participate in industry-specific security/safety training programs.
- Meet licensing requirements, subject to state and/or local laws and regulations, prior to employment.
