About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Plasma Center Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing and shipment of plasma units and samples.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sample Processing
    • Prepare plasma units for freezing and storage
    • Collect and store samples from plasma units for testing
    • Perform routine maintenance on freezers and refrigerators
    • Prepare frozen plasma units and samples for shipping
  • Logistics and Supply Chain
    • Organize plasma boxes and documents for scheduled shipments
    • Assist in loading shipments and managing supplies
    • Support inventory control procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Customer Service and Communication
    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management team
Requirements
  • Education
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience
    • Experience in a laboratory, hospital, or other regulated environment is a plus
  • Skills
    • Ability to read and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
    • Ability to multi-task and work as a team player
    • Good verbal communication and customer service skills
