About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at Alternative Community Resource Programs Inc. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.

Job Description:

  • Provide behavioral health services to children aged 3-21 with psychiatric conditions and social, emotional, or behavioral problems.
  • Develop individualized plans to build competencies and promote social, family, and community connections.
  • Collaborate with families and community resources to establish eco-systemic relationships and utilize available resources.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in behavioral health services.
  • Certification as a BCA, BA, RBT, BCAT, or behavior health certification.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (preferred).
  • Excellent communication skills and passion for working with children with disabilities.
  • Reliable transportation.
