Structural Bridge Engineering Expert

As an experienced Engineer, you will lead a team of talented professionals and use your management skills to plan and organize their efforts. You will take responsibility for cost control, staffing, and quality, while cultivating client relationships and building the Egis North America brand through state and regional associations. Your communication strength will be essential in assisting with proposals and direct marketing efforts.
Job Description: The successful candidate will design and plan highway structures, conduct structural analysis to ensure safety, prepare contract documents, and participate in project budgets and schedules. They will also perform calculations for designing bridges and transportation structures using AutoCAD and/or specialized bridge design software.
Qualifications: A Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a structural major or emphasis is required, along with 4+ years of experience and knowledge of AutoCAD and/or specialized bridge design software. The ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with co-workers and clients is also essential. Prestressed Concrete expertise and layout/design of bridges and highway structures are preferred.
Salary: $120,000 per year, plus competitive wages and potential bonus opportunities.
