About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Real Estate Sales Professional to join our team at Your Home Sold Guaranteed Realty - Kings of Real Estate Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for securing signed agreements with buyers and sellers by showcasing the benefits of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Acquisition: Conduct face-to-face appointments to secure signed agreements with buyers and sellers.
  • Paperwork and Administration: Utilize electronic platforms to complete VIP buyer/listing paperwork and promptly submit it to the administrative team.
  • Property Viewings: Accompany buyers on property viewings to assist them in finding their ideal home.
  • Communication and Updates: Maintain regular communication with sellers to provide updates and progress reports.
  • Offer Drafting and Negotiation: Draft and submit offers that are favorable to buyers/sellers, and skillfully negotiate and present offers to sellers with the aim of achieving the best price and terms.
  • Due Diligence and Closing: Handle negotiations related to home inspections and due diligence matters, and review Closing Disclosure with clients to ensure clarity and understanding.
  • Client Referrals and Reviews: Request referrals and encourage clients to leave reviews based on their experience.
  • Closing and Transaction Facilitation: Attend closings to facilitate the process and prepare for future transactions.
Requirements
  • A valid driver's license is required for this position.
  • The candidate must either possess an active Real Estate License or have the ability to obtain one.
  • A clean record with no standing complaints at TREC is essential.
  • The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales and be enthusiastic about selling.
  • Strong teamwork skills are necessary as this role involves working closely with a tight-knit company where individual activities significantly impact the bottom line.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must.
  • Familiarity with TAR documents is considered a bonus.
  • The candidate should be open to coaching and willing to learn.
  • Being a self-starter with a goal-driven mindset is crucial.
  • Previous sales experience is advantageous.
