Core Responsibilities
  • Supervise and perform construction materials laboratory testing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
  • Oversee special inspectors and construction materials testing technicians in the field to assure FPA is maintaining the highest level of quality.
  • Collaborate with project engineers and other team members to manage inspection and testing projects effectively.
  • Develop proposals and foster business relationships to support our growth initiatives.
  • Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes.
  • Mentor technician and engineer level staff in their career growth.
What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field, and a minimum of 15 years of experience in construction materials testing. The ideal candidate will have NJDCA certifications, ACI certifications, ICC certifications, or equivalent, and EIT and/or PE license preferred.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. They will be dependable and committed to delivering high-quality work, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
