Customer Support Coordinator

Role Description:
The Customer Support Coordinator will exhibit outstanding communication abilities, a genuine enthusiasm for assisting others, and the capacity to manage a variety of customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently process customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and fax.
- Provide assistance to customers regarding product details, order status, returns, and other service-related questions.
- Effectively address and resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive experience.
- Escalate complex or unresolved matters to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Verify customer information and ensure all transactions are completed accurately.
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to assist customers effectively.
- Offer customers detailed and accurate product information and recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Engage in team meetings and training sessions to continuously enhance customer service skills.
- Assist with bi-annual inventory assessments.
Experience:
- Preferred experience in roofing architecture.
- Advanced customer service experience is advantageous.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively with a strong sense of urgency.
- Positive demeanor and a firm commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Capacity to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Working knowledge of metal roofing installation is essential.
