Job Overview

About the Role

  • Develop and implement CDI education programs for clients, ensuring they have the necessary skills to optimize revenue cycle performance.
  • Analyze medical records to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for better documentation practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client support and ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in CDI and revenue cycle management.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a consulting or healthcare setting, with a focus on CDI and related issues.
  • RN or MD certification preferred; bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working independently and as part of a team, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to travel regularly, with a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
