Koniag Data Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining complex Windows domain infrastructure in a multi-forest, multi-domain environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy and configure Windows domain infrastructure, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell
  • Manage systems at scale using Group Policy and PowerShell
  • Work with federated identities using Azure AD, Azure AD Sync, and ADFS
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and applications
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in system engineering, with a strong focus on Windows Server and Active Directory
  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure and VMware environments
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows Server and PowerShell
  • Project lead experience and demonstrated success in leading deployments of enterprise-class solutions
  • Proficiency in producing technical documents and engineering diagrams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • TS/SCI Clearance required
Desired Skills and Competencies:
  • Experience working with federated identities using SAML and OAuth2
  • Microsoft certifications such as MCSA, MCSE
  • Experience with managing systems at scale
  • Familiarity with Azure AD, Azure AD Sync, ADFS
  • Understanding of Group Policy and PowerShell
Working Environment and Conditions:

This position operates in a professional office environment with a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations, and withstand moderate amounts of stress. The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
