We are currently looking for a Home Services Sales Specialist to oversee lead management and respond to sales inquiries. This role involves initiating communication with potential clients and maintaining all sales-related information within our CRM system. EBTH thrives on teamwork and is in search of a dedicated individual who can excel in a fast-paced environment, deliver outstanding service, and contribute to our growth.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions using our exceptional consignment services.
  • Manage incoming leads and sales inquiries through various channels.
  • Oversee the Customer Resource Management System, tracking all sales leads effectively.
  • Engage with prospective clients via email to acknowledge their inquiries and provide necessary information.
  • Follow up on leads through multiple communication methods and coordinate consignment drop-off schedules.
  • Identify qualified leads for potential on-site consultations with the Home Services Team.
  • Monitor the progress and resolution of all sales leads.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining documentation, reporting tools, and customer service metrics.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as processing Sale Agreements and entering new client information into the system.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales to enhance sales strategies and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Participate in additional tasks as required.
  • Enjoy working with a dynamic team that values hard work and a positive atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a phone-based role.
  • Experience in phone sales or customer service for at least 2 years.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in performance improvement and innovative practices.
  • Ability to adapt to ongoing changes and growth.
  • Strong writing skills and meticulous attention to detail.
