We are currently seeking a Program Coordinator with a background in Engineering or Manufacturing Operations. The primary focus of this role is to lead and execute comprehensive projects across the plant while adhering to organizational standards for developing, assessing, and refining manufacturing techniques and processes.

This position will collaborate closely with Senior Leadership and report directly to the Senior Project Manager.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishes and approves project objectives and scope.
  • Ensures timely and budget-compliant project delivery to meet client expectations.
  • Engages proactively with internal and external stakeholders to gather market insights and identify business opportunities.
  • Facilitates effective collaboration across various departments, including sales, production, business development, product marketing, and R&D.
  • Collects necessary data to define customer needs and validate project goals.
  • Ensures all contractual documents are prepared to support project execution.

Project Management:

  • Creates and maintains detailed Project Plans outlining specifications, timelines, cost alignments, and final configuration pricing, while setting deadlines and assigning responsibilities.
  • Negotiates and manages project changes, initiating corrective actions as needed.
  • Identifies and mitigates project risks by developing and implementing contingency plans to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Implements testing protocols, including PMO methodologies, and recommends enhancements when necessary.
  • Oversees the contractual and administrative closure of projects and documents outcomes.
  • Captures lessons learned and identifies opportunities for ongoing improvement in future projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Operations Management is preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in Project Management is preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership for project outcomes.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents; effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Strong organizational abilities and excellent time management skills.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is preferred.
  • Proficient in advanced computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Project.
