Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's Degree in architecture, engineering, healthcare administration, or a related planning discipline, along with five years of relevant experience, or nine years of equivalent experience and training.

Essential Skills:
  • Basic proficiency in CAD and/or Bluebeam.
  • Demonstrated expertise in architecture or related planning fields.
  • Extensive background in healthcare project execution, ideally within a university or similarly complex environment.
  • Familiarity with HCAI and CDPH regulations.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and exceptional writing skills, including the ability to prepare formal correspondence for healthcare system officials.

Preferred Qualifications:
A Master's Degree in Architecture, professional engineering, healthcare administration, or a related field is highly desirable. Experience in leading transition planning and managing significant capital projects is also preferred.

Working Conditions:
Flexibility to work varied hours and locations based on operational needs. Employment is contingent upon passing a criminal background check and a pre-employment physical examination.
