Job Title: Senior Procurement Specialist

At Mindlance, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for executing our purchasing and supply management strategies, working closely with customers, divisions, and category managers to drive the "One Client Procurement" model.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support PO conversion and approvals, ensuring seamless transactional processes.
  • Educate stakeholders on existing solutions and enable performance and technology tool development.
  • Resolve operational issues and invoice errors, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Solve complex problems, including PO change management and supplier integration.
  • Drive value and lead savings outcomes, collaborating with functions to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop bids and proposals for complex RFPs, leading small projects and providing advice/direction in primary areas of expertise.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Finance, or equivalent experience.
  • 4-6 years of procurement experience, with functional experience and project management skills.
  • Excellent people skills, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in spreadsheet programs.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
