Job Title: CRM Engineer

We are seeking a skilled CRM Engineer to join our team at Hays Recruitment. As a CRM Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining customer relationship management solutions using Microsoft Dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical input on feasibility and design for user stories
  • Investigate enterprise and vendor APIs to determine data availability and identify necessary modifications
  • Define data formats and mappings for system interfaces
  • Document system requirements and allocate functionality across presentation layers and backend services
  • Assist business stakeholders in determining system enhancements to improve process flow and business function
  • Provide analytical support for prioritizing features and epics to align with product delivery strategy
  • Collaborate with product management to define Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for company strategic goals
  • Participate in project planning, sprint planning, and Scrum-related meetings
  • Perform application and services testing to research application behavior and validate changes
  • Recommend opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Utilize system documentation, database information, and application logs to determine root cause of system issues
  • Advocate for maintainable, efficient, and extensible system solutions
  • Assist and mentor less experienced peers
Requirements:
  • Services-Oriented Architecture
  • System to system integrations via internal and vendor APIs
  • Configuration Management
  • Error Handling
  • XML and JSON Data Structures
  • Ability to write SQL queries
  • Problem-solving skills, including working well under pressure and challenges
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with aggressive timelines
  • Experience working in Agile methodology
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM solutions and strategies
  • Experience with case management as implemented through CRM solutions
  • Experience with Microsoft Dataverse
  • Understanding of Model Driven Apps and Canvas Apps
  • Knowledge of application integration with Power Apps and Power Automate
