Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in client service, relationship management, or a related role within financial services or hedge funds. This position offers an exciting opportunity to support fundraising efforts and ongoing client servicing for the Investor Relations team.

  • Support Creation of Marketing Collateral: Collaborate with the IR/Marketing team to create compelling product presentations, pitch books, client reports, RFPs, DDQs, and other client-facing materials that effectively communicate Crestline's multi-strategy platform.
  • Product Specialization: Develop expertise on Crestline Summit's investment philosophy, process, risk management, and performance through writing to external and internal stakeholders.
  • Client Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular and ongoing client deliverables, including weekly and monthly performance updates, quarterly letters, and other communications via CRM.
  • New Account Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new clients, including collecting required documentation, reviewing follow-ups, and sending welcome communications to facilitate a smooth transition.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data/reports and proactively identify insights to support client needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with CRM systems preferred.

We are offering a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
