Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles using state-of-the-art computer systems
  • Conduct tire and tire repair services
  • Work on car heating and air conditioning systems
  • Diagnose and repair steering and suspension issues
  • Inspect and repair belts and hoses
  • Work on radiator and engine cooling systems
  • Diagnose and repair battery and starting system issues
  • Conduct brake and brake repair services
  • Perform oil changes and check engine light diagnostics
  • Conduct visual safety and courtesy inspections
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of automotive brakes, exhaust, suspension, and engine diagnostics
  • High personal productivity and ability to meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of and adherence to safety and environmental standards for repair facilities
  • Experience using shop equipment such as lifts, tire changing equipment, alignment machines, and scan tools
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, technical degree a plus
  • State-specific auto repair certifications
  • Valid driver's license
  • Able to service both foreign and domestic vehicles
Compensation

$48, $75,000.00 per year

Midas offers a comprehensive benefits package, including a five-day work week, weekly pay direct deposit, paid vacation and major holidays, free on-the-job and web-based training, uniforms provided, and health insurance.
