About the Role:

This is a part-time position, working 24 hours per week, with a variety of shifts available. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric nursing, with experience in preoperative and postoperative care. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide family-centered care to patients and families, recognizing their unique needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
  • One year of nursing experience, preferably in pediatric or preoperative/postoperative care.
  • Current RN licensure and BLS/CPR certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
