Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Anti-Money Laundering Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting client onboarding, transitions, and conversions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct client onboarding, transitions, and conversions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and review client documentation, including account opening checklists and client data.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Develop and implement transition/conversion plans, assessing key resource requirements and identifying critical paths.
  • Communicate progress to the team and escalate any issues or potential project delays.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
  • Work experience in client-facing or project management preferred.
  • Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
