About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team at Phia, LLC. As a Technical Writer, you will play a critical role in creating comprehensive products and documentation that meet customer standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop high-quality documentation, including white papers, research papers, and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and contract staff to create analytical products and strategic documentation.
  • Translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content.
  • Evaluate current content and develop innovative approaches for improvement.
  • Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop and write standard operating procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with various audiences and subject matter experts.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Extensive knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communications.
  • At least 1-year proven experience working to support a government-related project.
Security Clearance
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust approval.
  • DHS Suitability (EOD) required before start.
Bonus Points
  • Current or previous experience working at Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
  • Experience within critical infrastructure sectors.
  • Experience working among public-private partnerships and skilled with multi-agency collaborations.
