About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team at DTS. As a key member of our cybersecurity team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in drafting System Security Plans and associated documentation for new and existing systems.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in all cyber security initiatives and help in explaining new guidance.
  • Draft documentation needed to announce new cyber security initiatives and participate in building and implementing processes surrounding cyber security.
  • Provide cyber security reports to leadership, conduct scans and participate in the process to obtain CMMC and ISO frameworks for systems determined by customer.
  • Comply with customer cyber security program implementation plans and ensures compliance with customer management policies.
  • Ensure compliance with data security policies and relevant legal and regulatory requirements in accordance with customer directives and applicable Risk management Framework (RMF) requirements.
  • Ensure appropriate changes and improvement actions are implemented as required.
  • Ensure compliance with protection requirements, control procedures, incident management reporting, remote access requirements, and system management for all systems under scope.
  • Lead or supplement support during 3rd party audits and assessments of DTS customers' compliance postures.
Requirements
  • Experience with DoD Risk management Framework (RMF)
  • Experience with DoD Information Assurance (IA) policies and procedures
  • Minimum one-year Experience as an Information Systems Security Officer
  • Demonstrated understanding of CMMC and NIST SP
  • Demonstrated participation in 3rd party (external) audit process
Preferred Qualifications
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
  • Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
  • CMMC Registered Practitioner
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
