About the Role

As a Process Server with ABC Legal Services, you will have the opportunity to work independently and manage your own schedule. This role is ideal for individuals who value flexibility and autonomy in their work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver legal documents to clients and individuals in a professional and timely manner
  • Manage your own schedule and workload to meet client demands
  • Utilize our industry-leading mobile app to claim jobs, map out your stops, and track your pay
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Must be a Licensed, Registered or Certified Process Server, or be willing to become one in your area of service
  • Must have your own reliable transportation, valid driver's license and insurance
  • Tech savvy – iPhone/iPad or Android smart device and ability to work within a mobile app
  • Ability to scan and print documents
  • Ability to work variable hours -- Early mornings, evenings and weekends
  • Experience in process serving or related work is helpful, but not required
