We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in the Hampton Roads, VA market. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of construction projects for our healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist partners, planners, and associates in performing project feasibility analysis and developing detailed development budgets and schedules.
- Interface with clients' administration, property managers, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Lead the A/E qualification, selection, and contract negotiations, as well as the qualification, selection, and contract negotiations for other team consultant members.
- Review, negotiate, and approve A/E and consultant additional work requests, and supervise the programming and planning efforts of the selected architect.
- Perform site analysis and investigations, and develop and adhere to detailed development budgets and schedules.
- Obtain required project public approvals, provide design direction, and manage the overall design process.
- Review design development and construction documents to determine adequacy, and lead the GC or CM qualifications, selection, and contract negotiations.
- Evaluate the adequacy of all construction allowances, contingencies, and general conditions, and provide construction administration in adherence with the Company's policies and procedures.
- Review and negotiate GC or CM change order requests, monitor the GC or CM performance for areas of potential risk, and provide leadership in project safety, quality, and infection prevention.
- Provide project cost control, prepare timely and accurate monthly budget reports and invoicing, and coordinate the selection, procurement, delivery, and installation of medical and other equipment, signage, and furniture.
- Prepare monthly reports to clients and be accountable for developing and monitoring project performance indicators, and create project overview and status report presentations to clients' administration, board, and committees.
- Collaborate with others within the company to reach client goals and objectives as well as overall company success, and use e-Builder software throughout the project.
- Must have a Healthcare/Medical Construction Experience.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- 401 after 30 days - instantly vested.
