Job Requirements

Sunstate is dedicated to offering second chances and evaluates each candidate on an individual basis.

  • Technologically adept: Willingness to learn AS400 or CAD systems
  • Facilitate various rental transactions including reservations, equipment pickups, quotes, and paperwork processing
  • Assist in the assembly and disassembly of trench shoring and MAP boxes as required
  • Take pride in knowing that your efforts contribute to saving lives every day
  • Manage incoming calls, providing support to customers, sales teams, vendors, and administrative staff
  • Prioritize deliveries, exchanges, and pickups, ensuring timely completion of all essential tasks
  • Communicate via radio for equipment loading/unloading and order coordination, occasionally assisting with physical tasks
