Training and Development

New hires will undergo comprehensive training in diverse cleaning techniques and carpet restoration methods. The company is dedicated to fostering professional growth through ongoing industry certifications. Initial training compensation is set at $18.00 per hour, transitioning to an hourly wage plus commission post-training.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct cleaning operations for carpets, upholstery, and tile flooring at various job sites.
  • Utilize truck-mounted and portable cleaning equipment effectively.
  • Manage a daily schedule of 2 to 3 jobs, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the company vehicle and equipment.
  • Collaborate with fellow technicians on occasion to enhance service efficiency.

Work Schedule

This position requires availability from Monday to Friday, with one Saturday each month. Technicians will receive compensation based on hourly rates plus commission for each completed job.
