Eco-Friendly Removal Specialist

About The Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Eco-Friendly Removal Specialist. This is a part-time position that requires the ability to lift 50-100 pounds continuously, navigate through the Downriver and metro Detroit area, and provide exceptional customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting junk and furniture from residential and commercial locations, adhering to our company's eco-friendly practices and mission to donate, reuse, and recycle 100% of all reusable items by 2025.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lift and transport heavy objects
- Navigate through the Downriver and metro Detroit area
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Meet sales and customer service experience requirements
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- 2-3 years of violation-free and accident-free driving
- Mandatory CDL not required but a Michigan Chauffeur's license will need to be obtained; this will be paid/reimbursed by the employer
- Age 25 or older for insurance purposes only
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this position is $15.00-$18.00 per hour, plus tips and incentives. Benefits include flexible scheduling, with day shift, overtime, weekend availability, and supplemental pay types such as tips and incentives.

About You:
You must be friendly, highly motivated, and able to communicate effectively with our valued customers. You must also be physically fit and able to lift substantial weight. Added bonus if you have experience driving a small truck and moving furniture/heavy items.
