We are looking for skilled Internal Medicine physicians to join our Hospital Employed Group, which consists of over 87 physicians and advanced practice providers across multiple locations. This position offers a stable work environment with a focus on maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

  • 7 on / 7 off scheduling, from 7 PM to 7 AM, Tuesday through Monday.
  • No Pediatric, Obstetric, or Trauma cases involved.
  • No codes, as a Rapid Response Team is in place.
  • No after-hours call responsibilities.
  • Manageable patient census.
  • Closed Intensive Care Units staffed by Intensivists.
  • Attractive compensation package including Base Salary, Commencement Bonus, Quality Incentive Bonus, and Longevity Bonus.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including CME (5 days off), Professional Dues, and Relocation Reimbursement.
  • Relocation assistance is available.
  • Malpractice Insurance coverage (Modified Claims Made).
  • Cell Phone Stipend provided.
