Speech Language Pathologist

Job Summary:
Become a part of Select Medical's rehabilitation team as a Speech Language Pathologist - Inpatient Therapist. We strive to provide our employees with a solid work-life balance, as we understand that happy employees have both fulfilling careers and fulfilling lives beyond our doors.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop, implement, and modify treatment plans in accordance with patient needs and physician direction.
- Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for assigned patients.
- Design functional treatment programs for effective return to community activities.
- Perform other professional duties associated with patient care, development of discipline-specific therapy services, and program delivery.
Qualifications:
- Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist required.
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language & Hearing Association or eligibility for Certification pending professional experience (CFY - Clinical Fellowship Year) preferred.
- Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required.
