Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team at Papé Group. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse duties, including locating and providing parts to mechanics and shipping personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Pull parts to fill services department requests and other Papé Group location requests.
- Order parts through the use of computer, fax, and/or telephone.
- Process cores on exchange components.
- Process warranty claims on parts.
- Process parts returns, re-shelve, and issue appropriate credit memos.
- Follow up on all back orders of parts.
- Occasional parts deliveries.
Requirements
- Familiarity with the operation of a lift truck.
- Current driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Assertive, self-starter, and able to work without direct supervision.
