Position Overview

Salary: Competitive

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual who possesses a passion for working with children and leading worship. The Children's Worship Coordinator will play a vital role in our ministry team at Central Church.

TIME REQUIREMENT: Approximately 10-15 hours per week, with mandatory availability on Sundays.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Facilitate worship services for the children's ministry.
  • Manage and schedule volunteers for worship and technical support teams.
  • Provide pastoral care and communication to volunteers, children, and their families.
  • Utilize scheduling software for planning, song selection, and related tasks.
  • Oversee the creation of presentations required for worship services.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with the Children's Pastor and other relevant gatherings.
