Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive school curriculum that aligns with state and federal standards.
- Oversee the budget and resource management for the school, ensuring effective use of resources and allocation of funds.
- Provide instructional leadership and support to teachers and staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Supervise and direct the work of professional and paraprofessional staff, ensuring effective management and coordination of school programs.
- Collaborate with other school administrators and stakeholders to promote a positive and inclusive school culture.
- Master's degree with a minimum of 12 semester hours of graduate credit in School Administration.
- Five years of specialized experience in school administration, teaching, counseling, or other professional education experience.
- Valid state driver's license and ability to obtain and maintain a background clearance.
- Certification or licensure as a Principal or Administrator in the state where the position is located.
- Experience in curriculum development and implementation.
- Knowledge of state and federal education standards and regulations.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including teachers, staff, students, and parents.
