Transportation Compliance Specialist

Hiring for a dynamic and experienced Associate Reviewer to support our Federal client in Washington, DC.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Comprehensive Oversight Reviews and provide expert support for Special Assignments and Technical Assistance tasks;
- Draft high-quality reports and technical memoranda;
- Collaborate with the team to develop program and training content aligned with FTA policy and guidance;
- Participate in conference calls, meetings, and conferences as needed;
- Deliver expertise during recipient workshops;
- Other responsibilities ensuring successful execution of all work assignments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution;
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in compliance testing and/or audit roles related to governmental or contractual requirements;
- Strong analytical and training skills, with ability to identify risks and present solutions;
- Ability to explain complex topics to non-expert audiences and write comprehensive, accurate reports;
- Excellent oral presentation skills.
