The Logistics Team Leader is tasked with overseeing a group of delivery personnel and assessing distribution operations.
Schedule: Full-time; Monday - Friday, 1st shift (hours may vary based on operational requirements).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a team of delivery personnel.
2. Oversee the direction, coordination, and assessment of all distribution activities for designated drivers/routes.
3. Ensure precise deliveries and outstanding customer service.

4. Direct the planning and scheduling of company transport vehicles to optimize revenue-generating opportunities while minimizing downtime and excessive overtime.

5. Evaluate driver performance and implement appropriate disciplinary measures when necessary.

6. Supervise the team to guarantee that vehicles are properly maintained and that any related repairs and safety concerns are addressed promptly.

7. Ensure that optimal inventory levels of products are sustained to meet daily sales requirements.
