We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Penn Medicine. Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain radiographic equipment to ensure optimal image quality and patient safety.
- Position patients for imaging procedures, taking into account anatomical and physiological considerations.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of imaging results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques to provide the best possible care for patients.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Radiography.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- One year of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in radiography.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
