The Cardiovascular Technologist is a vital member of our team, responsible for the quality and efficient completion of Cardiac Catheterization and Cardiac related procedures for interpretation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in Cardiac Catheterization procedures
- Adhere to radiation safety standards, quality standards, and performance improvement initiatives
- Scrub and/or circulate during procedures
- Practice aseptic technique, sterile technique, and maintain universal precautions
- Ensure equipment operation, troubleshoot issues, and report malfunctions/potential hazards
- Play an active role in the patient-related experience
Requirements:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Required)
- Amer Registry Radiologic Tech (Required)
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (Required)
- RCS or RDCS (Preferred)
