The Cardiovascular Technologist is a vital member of our team, responsible for the quality and efficient completion of Cardiac Catheterization and Cardiac related procedures for interpretation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in Cardiac Catheterization procedures
  • Adhere to radiation safety standards, quality standards, and performance improvement initiatives
  • Scrub and/or circulate during procedures
  • Practice aseptic technique, sterile technique, and maintain universal precautions
  • Ensure equipment operation, troubleshoot issues, and report malfunctions/potential hazards
  • Play an active role in the patient-related experience

Requirements:

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Required)
  • Amer Registry Radiologic Tech (Required)
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (Required)
  • RCS or RDCS (Preferred)
