Job Title: Culinary Expert

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Expert to join our team at Jama Investments, LLC. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and maintain food preparation areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices
  • Ensure freshness of food by monitoring quality, tracking inventory, and rotating stock
  • Regulate oven temperatures to cook food to perfection
  • Season and cook food according to recipes or personal expertise
  • Turn or stir foods to achieve even cooking
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a restaurant cook is preferred
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to lift 30+ pounds
  • Ability to work standing for 8+ hours
  • Flexible schedule

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year.
