About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Expert to join our team at Horseshoe Casino Hammond.

As a Culinary Expert, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Salary: $15 per hour + ROP ($15/hour)

The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of cooking techniques, be able to work efficiently in a team environment, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and instructions
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Operate cooking equipment, including steamers, ovens, and slicers
  • Follow sanitation procedures as instructed by the local health department
