Job Summary: IT Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Operations Specialist to join our team at Roche Holdings Inc.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $85,000 - $105,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with various business units to address IT-related needs, collaborating with IT teams to drive efficient solutions.

You will set priorities for IT projects, engage relevant teams, and manage day-to-day operations, including communicating technical information to both technical and non-technical employees.

You will also participate in developing technology projects and conduct training programs to educate employees on basic and specialized applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with various business units to address IT-related needs, collaborating closely with IT teams.
  • Set priorities for IT projects, engage relevant teams, and manage day-to-day operations.
