Job Summary:
As an Echocardiograph Technician at Upstate University Hospital, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality Echo imaging services in our Hospital and Clinic settings. Your expertise will be utilized to perform a range of studies, including 2-D and 3-D echo exams, Transesophageal Echocardiography, exercise and pharmacologic Stress echocardiograms, and participation in Echo's performed during procedures in the Heart and Vascular Center.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct cardiac ultrasound exams to diagnose and monitor heart conditions
• Operate and maintain Echo equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care
• Participate in quality initiatives to improve patient outcomes and departmental efficiency

Requirements:
• Cardiac ultrasound experience and Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) through ARDMS or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) through Cardiovascular Credentialing International, or eligible
• Current CPR-BLS certification
• Associates Degree in a related health field (preferred)

Work Environment:
• Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm Rotating Weekends and Holiday Call rotation
