Job Overview

Mental Health Association, Inc. is seeking an experienced Property Management Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

This full-time position involves overseeing property management and project coordination for our organization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in property management and project management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Manage property maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies and maintaining accurate residency records.
  • Oversee property-level service contracts, including bid negotiation and contract administration.
  • Coordinate capital improvement projects, monitoring progress and managing contractors.
  • Inspect properties regularly to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with budget guidelines.
  • Rent collections and delinquency management, including late notices and collection proceedings.
  • Assist with management of in-house maintenance crew and oversee work performed by external contractors.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in property management and project management.
  • Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
