Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver friendly and attentive service to guests and team members.
  • Maintain consistent attendance in line with company standards, adapting to the hotel's scheduling needs.
  • Uphold high standards of personal grooming and appearance, including proper uniform and name tag.
  • Adhere to all company policies and regulations to promote safe and efficient hotel operations.
  • Thoroughly clean and restock guest rooms as required during each shift.
  • Complete all pre-cleaning tasks, including preparing the housekeeping cart with necessary supplies.
  • Remove trash and soiled linens from guest rooms promptly.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
  • May involve disassembling furniture or items in guest rooms for deep cleaning purposes.
