Key Responsibilities
  • Review and Process Inspection Reports: Download inspection reports from our online platform, review for content and grammar, and ensure all requirements are met.
  • Collaborate with Inspectors and District Managers: Work closely with inspectors and district managers to ensure all requirements are met and follow up on any issues.
  • Template Management: Create and update templates for each account to ensure all requirements are followed.
  • Letter Distribution: Email letters to the designated locations and distribution lists.
  • Follow-up and Record-Keeping: Follow up with district managers on missing letters and maintain a daily record of letter receipt and sending.
  • Client Communication: Work with client administrators to find new contacts for failed delivery notices.
  • Reporting and Monitoring: Report information weekly to the team lead and monitor the follow-up email inbox.
Requirements
  • Education: High school or equivalent plus 2-3 years of administrative experience.
  • Skills and Abilities: Ability to interface with internal clients, detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills, proficient in Microsoft Office applications, and ability to work well in a fast-paced office environment.
