About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated Field Support Team Lead to join our team at Associated Home Care. As a liaison between care center leadership and field employees, you will play a crucial role in maintaining relationships with and resolving problems for our field staff.

With over 20 years of operating experience, we have built a replicable service prototype, developed profitable, long-standing referral relationships, and created an innovative brand that positions us to serve the future customer. Our market opportunity is large and growing as the baby boomers age and the home increasingly becomes the epicenter for care.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about improving the lives of seniors as they age. You will assist care center leadership SRM/DOO in ongoing initiatives and projects, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across teams.

The ideal candidate will have three plus years of experience in healthcare or a related field, with a current Nurse Aide license, or Home Health Aide Certificate. Experience with consumers' care plans and a strong problem-solving skillset are also essential.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per year, plus benefits including health, dental & vision insurance, 401K, sick & vacation time, mileage reimbursement, and career growth opportunities.
