Nuclear Medicine Technologist - Allied Healthcare Professional

About the Role
As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with AMN Healthcare Allied, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care by preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the safe and effective use of these medications, and you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
• Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes
• Conduct quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate records and reports of patient procedures and test results

Requirements
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nuclear Medicine Technology or related field
• Current certification as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT) or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience in nuclear medicine or related field
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
