Job Summary

SOSi is seeking a highly qualified IT Site Project Lead to provide management, administrative, and technical interface in accomplishing services under this contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute operational plans for multifaceted programs/projects.
  • Oversee fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources management of the program.
  • Secure outside funding sources and develop strategic partnerships.
  • Represent the company as the principal point of contact for external constituencies.
  • Provide technical guidance and leadership to team members.
  • Ensure operational security, maintenance, and accountability.
  • Meet all technical requirements and ensure processes facilitate performance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all communications and issues.
Requirements
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
  • MA/MS +10 years of experience managing organizations similar in size, scope, and complexity.
  • Meet DoD 8140 DCWF 802 requirements.
  • PMP Certification.
  • ITIL 4 certification.
  • Willingness to work overtime, after hours, holidays, and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters Degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience leading a technically complex organization.
