Qualifications

The ideal candidate for the Manufacturing Quality Specialist position should possess at least a high school diploma or equivalent, alongside 1-3 years of relevant experience as a Class 1 Machinist, CNC Operator, or Quality Inspector. An associate degree in machining or a related discipline, or completion of a trade school program, along with prior experience in a similar role, is highly desirable.
