Qualifications and Experience

  • Possession of a valid driver's license in the current state with a clean driving record
  • Ability to make sound independent decisions when required

  • Foster professional relationships with colleagues and suppliers
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding all proprietary information

Core Duties

  • Assist in preventive maintenance, repairs, and replacements as needed
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to ensure proper functioning and safety
  • Manage errands, handle incoming and outgoing freight, and assist in moving heavy furniture and equipment
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive demeanor
  • Support patient evacuation procedures when necessary
  • Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance
  • Utilize reasoning skills and good judgment while effectively communicating within a team
  • Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling
  • Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding the English language
